Abstract Presentation Guidelines |
| 1. |
Poster abstract presenters should
set-up their posters before 1 hour of their
presentation time and remove them within 1
hour after the presentation. If not, the secretariat
will take down all posters and not be liable
for any posters lost or damaged. |
| 2. |
Each poster should be placed on the numbered
board assigned to each abstract. |
| 3. |
Secretariat will provide the presenters
with tapes to stick their posters. |

The vertical poster board surface
for each abstract will be 95
cm in width and 238 cm in height. |
| 2. |
They consist of three parts, (1) Poster
No.(the top left-hand corner of the board
by 15 cm x 10 cm) (2) Title, Author(s), and
Institute(s) (3) Text. |

The poster abstract numbers will be provided
by secretariat only. Please refer to figure
below. |
