TCTAP is an annual international conference focusing on interventional cardiology to be held in April in Seoul, Korea. Over the past two decades, this has played an integral part in the Asia Pacific region to educate physicians and all affiliated medical professionals who are specialized and interested in this field. In close collaboration with global working groups, it has become one of the leading names representing interventional therapy, and it will continuously grow to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of medical care for patients.

1995년 Angioplasty Summit으로 처음 개최된 본 학회는 아시아-태평양 지역 최고의 심장혈관 중재시술 국제 학술회의 입니다. 심장내과를 비롯하여, 흉부외과, 영상 의학과, 혈관외과, 소아심장과, 심장재활과 등과 활발한 학술 교류를 통하여 보다 심도 있는 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 세계적인 석학들이 직접 시연을 하는 실시간 시술 생중계 (Live case demonstration) 등의 프로그램을 통해 국제 심장학 분야 치료법의 발전에 크게 이바지하고 있습니다.

또한 미국의 CRF, 유럽의 EuroPCR, 아시아의 APSIC, CCT, CIT 등의 글로벌 그룹들과의 학술 프로그램 교류를 통해 심장질환을 앓고 있는 전세계 환자들을 위한 치료법 개선에 이바지하는 등 명실공히 동서양을 잇는 최신 지식 교류의 장으로 자리매김하였습니다.
